Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Flat-Rate Shipping (U.S. Only): $5 on all orders under $50.
- Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on orders of $50 or more.
- Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days once your order ships.
- Expedited Shipping: Faster shipping options are available at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
- Every order comes with a tracking number, sent to your email once your package ships.
- You can track your shipment anytime using the link provided.
Shipping Area
- We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
- International shipping is not available at this time.
Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us at support@wallbuddy.net.
- We will work directly with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, issue a replacement or refund.
