Can I modify my order after placing it?
Want to switch something up? Hit us at orders@wallbuddy.net ASAP. If your order’s still here and not out the door, we’ll catch it in time.
Shipping
When will my order ship?
Orders usually ship within 1-2 business days. If you order on a weekend or holiday, we’ll ship it out the next business day.
What should I do if my order hasn't arrived?
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated time frame, please
first check the tracking information provided. If you need further

How are shipping costs calculated?
Your shipping rate is determined by the order weight and destination. The exact charges will be displayed at checkout after you enter your address.
Can I schedule my order to be delivered on a specific date?
While we cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date, you can choose
expedited or express shipping to get your order faster. Please note that
shipping times are estimates and not guarantees.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Should your order arrive damaged or incorrect, please email orders@wallbuddy.net immediately with your order number and details of the issue. We will promptly resolve the matter and arrange a replacement if required.
